MRB, TN Recruitment – 340 Laboratory Technician & Occupational Therapist Posts – Apply Now

The Tamil Nadu Medical Services Recruitment Board (TN MRB) has released a notification for the recruitment of 340 posts of Laboratory Technician and Occupational Therapist. The online application process will start from June 12, 2023 and the last date to apply is July 2, 2023.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the post of Laboratory Technician, candidates must:

• Be a citizen of India.
• Have completed 10+2 with Medical Laboratory Technology Course from a recognized board or institute.
• Have a valid registration certificate from the Tamil Nadu State Board of Technical Education (TN SBTE).

To be eligible for the post of Occupational Therapist, candidates must:

• Be a citizen of India.
• Have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university.
• Have a valid registration certificate from the Indian Association of Occupational Therapists (IAOT).

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for both the posts is 32 years as on July 2, 2023. Relaxation in age will be given to SC/ST/OBC candidates as per government rules.

Application Fee

The application fee for both the posts is Rs. 600 for General and OBC candidates and Rs. 300 for SC/ST candidates.

Selection Process

The selection of candidates for both the posts will be done on the basis of a written examination and a practical (skill) test. The written examination will be of 100 marks and the practical (skill) test will be of 50 marks.
