🎓 Educational Qualification

Faculty: Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream. Preference for MSW, MA (Rural Development, Sociology, Psychology), B.Sc. (Veterinary/Horticulture/Agriculture/Agri Marketing), or B.A. with B.Ed.
Office Assistant: Graduate (BSW/BA/B.Com) with computer knowledge. Basic accounting knowledge preferred.
Attender: Matriculate (10th Pass). Ability to read/write the local language preferred.
Watchman/Gardener: 7th Pass. Experience in agriculture/gardening/horticulture preferred.

💰 Salary

₹12,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on the post)

Maximum 40 years

Personal Interview – to test communication, leadership, and problem-solving ability
