General Instructions
- Age Relaxation: As per Government of India rules for ex-servicemen.
- Contract Terms:
- Initial contract is for 1 year (April to March).
- Renewable annually based on performance.
- Working Hours:
- Medical specialists: 30 hours per week (Monday–Saturday).
- Other staff: 48 hours per week (8 hours/day, 6 days/week).
- Leave Policy:
- 2.5 days leave for each completed month.
- Accumulated leave lapses after six months.
- Termination: Either side can terminate the contract with a one-month notice.
