General Instructions

• Age Relaxation: As per Government of India rules for ex-servicemen.
• Contract Terms:
  • Initial contract is for 1 year (April to March).
  • Renewable annually based on performance.
• Working Hours:
  • Medical specialists: 30 hours per week (Monday–Saturday).
  • Other staff: 48 hours per week (8 hours/day, 6 days/week).
• Leave Policy:
  • 2.5 days leave for each completed month.
  • Accumulated leave lapses after six months.
• Termination: Either side can terminate the contract with a one-month notice.
