ENGLAND’S WORLD CUP SQUAD IS OUT – AND IT’S FULL OF SURPRISES!

The team has a solid balance of youth and experience, and some of the top white-ball players in the world are on it. World-class batsman and wicket-keeper Buttler will be captaining the team in a big tournament for the first time.

With both the bat and the ball, Stokes can turn a game around, and he will be essential to England’s hopes of winning. Root, another elite batsman, will be aiming to increase his record of 16 ODI hundreds.

Two of the most destructive batters in the world, Malan and Livingstone, will want to give England a lot of fast runs. Two of the fastest bowlers in the world, Wood and Woakes, will attempt to grab wickets early.

Given that they are the defending champions, England will be among the favorites to take home the World Cup in 2018. They have a potent team with a solid balance of youth and experience. They will be a very challenging squad to defeat if they can perform to their full ability.
