The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) has released a notification for the recruitment of 17710 posts of Upper Division Clerk (UDC), Lower Division Clerk (LDC), and Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) in various offices of ESIC across the country. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Upper Division Clerk (UDC): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Lower Division Clerk (LDC): 12th class pass with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
• Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): 10th class pass with a minimum of 35% marks in aggregate.

Age Limit

• Upper Division Clerk (UDC): 18-30 years as on November 7, 2023.
• Lower Division Clerk (LDC): 18-27 years as on November 7, 2023.
• Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): 18-25 years as on November 7, 2023.

Selection Process

The selection process will consist of two stages:

1. Written Test: The candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be called for a written test. The written test will be objective in nature and will consist of questions on General English, General Knowledge, and Numerical Ability.
2. Skill Test: A skill test may be conducted for some posts to assess the candidate’s practical skills.
