(Nursing) / with Integrated curriculum of Certificate course in Community Health (CCH) OR General Nurse and Midwifery (GNM) with Certificate course in Community Health (CCH) or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Board / University.

Skills and Knowledge: Required.
