The application fee for the SRF posts is ₹1000 for General category candidates and ₹500 for SC/ST/PWD candidates.

The selection of candidates for the SRF posts will be done on the basis of a written test and interview.

- Qualification: M.Sc. in Nanotechnology or equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Experience: 1 year of relevant experience in research or industry.
- Pay: ₹35,000 per month.
- SRF in Artificial Intelligence
- Qualification: M.Sc. in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Experience: 1 year of relevant experience in research or industry.
- Pay: ₹35,000 per month.
- SRF in Machine Learning
- Qualification: M.Sc. in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Experience: 1 year of relevant experience in research or industry.
- Pay: ₹35,000 per month.
