The National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS) is recruiting for various Junior Medical Officer (JMO) posts. The following are the steps on how to apply for these posts:

The application fee for the JMO posts is Rs. 500/- for General category candidates and Rs. 250/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
The last date for applying for the JMO posts is 30th June 2023.
The selection of candidates for the JMO posts will be done on the basis of a written test and interview.

- JMO (Psychiatry)
- Qualification: MBBS from a recognized university/institution with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.
- Experience: 1 year of internship in Psychiatry.
- Pay: Rs. 60,000/- per month.
- JMO (Neurology)
- Qualification: MBBS from a recognized university/institution with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.
- Experience: 1 year of internship in Neurology.
- Pay: Rs. 60,000/- per month.
- JMO (Mental Health Nursing)
- Qualification: GNM/B.Sc. (Hons.) in Mental Health Nursing from a recognized university/institution.
- Experience: 1 year of internship in Mental Health Nursing.
- Pay: Rs. 45,000/- per month.
