Eligibility criteria details are as follows

Nationality – Indian and Nepali Tibetans and Bhutanese who came before 1st January 1962 can also apply

Age Limit: People with minimum 20 years and maximum 30 years of age can apply. You can check the notification for special category

Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess a Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Government of India or a qualification recognized by the Central Government with valid mark sheet/degree certificate

Selection Process: Depending on the number of applications received, the Bank will decide the mode of selection at its discretion.

1. Shortlisting of applications followed by Interview or
2. Written/Online examination followed by Interview

HOW TO APPLY

1) Candidates may visit Bank’s website www.indianbank.in and click on Careers page and then click on Recruitment of Local Bank Officers – 2024.

2 ) To register the application, select the tab “Click here for New Registration”, enter the name, contact details and e-mail ID. A provisional registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. The candidate should note down the provisional registration number and password. An e-mail and SMS indicating the provisional registration number and password will also be sent. For more detailed process, read the notification PDF given below.

Call Letter: Call letters for test/interview will be issued to the candidates through email or through the Bank’s website. Candidates are advised to download their call letter from the Bank’s website by entering their details.
