🎓 Education Qualification
Office Assistant & Officer Scale-I:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Proficiency in local language and basic knowledge of computers is essential.
Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer):
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks.
Two years of experience in a bank or financial institution.
Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officers):
Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines (e.g., IT, Law, Agriculture, CA, etc.)
One to two years of relevant experience.
Officer Scale-III:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks.
Minimum five years’ experience in banking/financial sector.

Office Assistant: 18 to 28 years
Officer Scale-I: 18 to 30 years
Officer Scale-II: 21 to 32 years
Officer Scale-III: 21 to 40 years
Age Relaxation (as per government norms):

SC/ST: 5 years
PwD: 10 years

💰 Salary
Office Assistant: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month (approx.)
Officer Scale-I: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000/month
Officer Scale-II: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000/month
Officer Scale-III: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000/month
All posts include additional benefits like DA, HRA, and other allowances as per RRB rules.
