“Now let’s talk about stipend – during training, you will get a monthly stipend of ₹37,000. The training period of degree holders will be 12 months, and that of diploma holders will be 18 months. Diploma holders will get an additional ₹38,000 stipend in 6 months of training. And as soon as you complete the training, you will be hired on a basic salary of ₹60,000!”
