Eligibility Criteria:
- Age:

- Candidates must be 21-25 years old as of January 1, 2024.
- Age relaxation of 5 years is provided for SC, ST, SEBC, and Women candidates.
- Ex-servicemen can avail age relaxation equal to their term of service.
- Educational Qualification:

- A bachelor’s degree is required for SI Police, SI Police (Armed), and Assistant Jailor posts.
- For Station Officer (Fire Service), candidates must have a Science or Engineering degree.
- Other Requirements:

- Must be an Indian citizen with good moral character.
- Should be physically fit and free from any organic defects or infirmities.
- Must be proficient in Odia (speak, read, and write).
- Applicants must have studied Odia as a subject in school or passed an equivalent examination.
- Candidates with more than one living spouse or those convicted of criminal offenses are not eligible.

- Persons with Disabilities are not eligible for these posts.
- Women and Transgender candidates can only apply for SI Police and Assistant Jailor posts.
Recruitment Process:
- Written Test:
- An OMR-based written test will be conducted.
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST):
- These are qualifying in nature.
- Candidates equal to seven times the number of vacancies will be shortlisted for PET/PST based on written test performance.
