• Physical Requirements: The candidate must meet the RRB’s physical requirements.

The following are the eligibility requirements for RRB Apprentice positions:

• Education: The candidate must have a Class 10 diploma or its equivalent from a recognized board or institution.
• Trade: The candidate must have completed the 10th grade with at least 50% marks in the appropriate trade.

The following steps will comprise the RRB Apprentice selection process:

• Written Exam in the Cloud
• Trade Exam (only for relevant trades)
• Medical Evaluation

Candidates will be chosen based on their performance at all phases of the selection process.

An RRB Apprentice earns the following salary:

• Monthly Basic Pay: Rs. 6,750/-
• Monthly Grade Pay: Rs. 1,700/-
• Allowances: Apprentices are eligible for a number of allowances, including House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA), and Dearness Allowance (DA).

An RRB Apprentice’s monthly compensation, including allowances, might be around Rs. 9,000/-
