THSTI has invited applications for the post of Clinical Research Associate (CRA). The last date to apply is June 13, 2023.

Eligibility Criteria:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Pharmacy from a recognized university/institution.
• A valid registration certificate from the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).
• A valid license to practice pharmacy in India.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a CRA in a clinical research organization (CRO) or pharmaceutical company.
• Good knowledge of clinical research protocols and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary:

The starting salary for a CRA at THSTI is Rs. 50,000 per month. The salary will increase with the candidates’ experience and seniority.

The application fee for the post of CRA is Rs. 500 for General/OBC candidates and Rs. 250 for SC/ST candidates.

Selection Process:

The selection of candidates for the post of CRA will be done on the basis of a written examination and an interview. The written examination will be of objective type and will consist of 100 questions. The interview will be conducted to assess the candidates’ communication skills and their understanding of clinical research.
